Shipping policy
Legacy Brick, LLC processes and ships orders within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully completed. We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible and, when circumstances allow, orders may ship the same business day.
Orders are shipped directly from our facility Minnesota, USA. Legacy Brick, LLC fulfills and ships all orders directly and does not use third-party fulfillment services.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are separate from our order processing time.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information using the contact information provided with the order.
Transit times are calculated by the carrier based on the shipping service selected and the destination. U.S. orders are shipped using available FedEx services, including FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground Economy, and FedEx 2Day. Canadian orders are shipped using available DHL eCommerce services. Estimated delivery dates and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
